The following turnaround times are accurate for uncomplicated repairs or re-finishings. During the Spring months, however, an unusually heavy workload may extend these estimates slightly. Work is completed on a first-in, first-out basis. Please do not ask us to rush work ahead of other customers whose clubs are logged-in ahead of yours.
If your choice of shafts or grips are not in stock, you will be called and so informed. You may pick up your clubs and play with them until your components arrive, you may choose to leave your clubs with us while you wait for them, or you may choose another shaft or grip style which is in-stock. We are always happy to special-order shafts or grips which we do not commonly keep on-hand.
