The 'Glove Club' at Bumble Bee Hollow We are proud to offer one of the largest selections of golf gloves available in Central PA and, to encourage our patrons to become familiar with our product line, have instituted a Glove Club. When you join you'll be given a membership card which entitles you to a $1 discount off the price of each of the first five (5) gloves you purchase this year. With your 6th glove purchase you'll receive a $5 discount and a token for a free small bucket of range balls ($4 value). Club membership would be an especially great idea for golfing couples or families who purchase multiple gloves over the course of a season and want to share a card. Our line-up of gloves for 2008 will include the FootJoy StaSof, the WeatherSof, and the ladies’ StaCooler. We also carry the Nike Elite Feel, the new Kasco Wet and Dry, and the Lady Fairway tan-through Half Glove. In the Etonic line we carry the AccuTech and the Ultimate. Glove styles that we don’t routinely stock can be special ordered for you from FootJoy, Callaway, Nike, Titleist, Etonic or Kasco in minimums of one-half dozen of the same size. Warranties & Other Returns – Our Policy For 2008 Because of the large influx of gray- and black-market golf merchandise which appeared in local retail stores, buyer's clubs and on the Internet just before Christmas - we are implementing a more rigorous return policy than we have had in the past. If you purchased goods from a retailer who has a bona fide account with the company whose product they sold you, you will have no problem returning any item which might be defective or later became damaged. The store where you purchased will be able to get your items repaired or replaced within the parameters of the manufacturers' warranties, which are clearly spelled out in the sales literature. Likewise, if you purchased a club or another item from Bumble Bee Hollow which needs to be returned for repair, we will be happy to handle your return for the cost of shipping the product each way. However, if your items were purchased through gray-market channels, getting them returned or repaired under warranty through your original retailer may be difficult or impossible. We will be happy to handle your warranty returns when this is the case, but the process of obtaining Return Authorization #'s, boxing, insuring, and mailing is labor intensive and time consuming. Our policy is to charge a handling fee of $25, plus $5 shipping each way, or the actual cost of shipping (whichever is greater) if you would like us to return an item for warranty repair which was not purchased from us. We do not expect to make a profit on your transaction, but we also can’t afford to absorb the cost. We appreciate your cooperation with our sales staff if they ask for proof of purchase.
