EAST SHORE RANGE GETS NEW NETTING!

Our range - which in December was victimized by

Old Jack Winter - has been re-netted and restored to better-than-new condition. There is little left to remind us of the incredible damage we sustained from the ice storm which dropped our netting and snapped the 60' metal poles. A considerable amount of re-sodding remains to be done as we repair the damage from

the tall crains, but that must wait until the ground

firms up again.

WEST SHORE LOCATION IS NOW CLOSED

After nearly three years of rumor and speculation,

it is now official - Bumble Bee Hollow West in Mechanicsburg has closed it's doors for good.

The land has been sold for residential development, and we have moved our staff, inventory, and equipment to our Harrisburg location.

Bumble Bee Hollow 'East' - located on Linglestown

Road in Harrisburg - is a similar facility to the one we just closed at the West. Now in its 12th season, BBH East boasts a "double-decker" driving range, grass tees and putting green, a large pro shop, and an

18-hole miniature golf course.

The same services are available at the East as were originally offered in Mechanicsburg - club fitting (with

a launch monitor) and club repair, as well as private, semi-private, and group lessons. Pro shop inventory

is very similar to what we carried at the West, with

a few additional vendors.

GOLF ACADEMY RATES TO CHANGE

Due to recent increases in greens and cart fees at

the Penn National courses, our 2008 rates have increased for the multi-day schools.

However, there are end-of-season discounts available for 2008 golf schools when you make your purchase

before the end of 2007. Please check out our Seasonal Specials on the SPECIALS page of this website. Call to register - 319-5539 - or stop into the pro shop daily!

  Bumble Bee Hollow in the NEWS!

Bumble Bee Hollow Golf Center has been mentioned in two separate publications already this year. The February '07 issue of Golf for Women magazine featured our Owner/ Director of Golf, Lorraine Klippel, as one of the 50 Best Teachers in the country (for the fifth time). And the January/February '07 issue of Golf Range Magazine listed Bumble Bee Hollow Golf Center in Mechanicsburg as one of its Top 100 Golf Ranges for the 10th straight year.
